As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Wegberg.
This position comes with a limited contract for two years. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, guiding, and promoting employees. As the initial point of contact for both employees and executives, you will provide advice and support on various HR matters.
Your main tasks will include:
- Resourcing: In the employee life cycle, it all begins here! By aligning job profiles and requirements with designated departments, creating individual job openings in both German and English, screening job applications, conducting interviews with applicants, and ultimately negotiating and creating employment contracts, you will ensure the successful hiring of the right person for the right job.
You will also collaborate with recruitment agencies and external consultants and occasionally attend recruitment fairs. - Onboarding: Once our new colleagues start their journey at DENSO, you will host our Integration Day and conduct feedback meetings to ensure their smooth integration. ...
